This cookbook includes recipes to support children’s healthy growth and development with ingredients that are fresh, low in fat, and high in fiber. None of the recipes include added sugar. The recipes can be used by early care and education programs to help meet updated nutrition standards from the federal Child and Adult Care Food Program The cookbook is divided into recipes for dairy, fruit, vegetables, and more. Each recipe includes a list of ingredients, directions, a picture of the prepared recipe, and, where needed, safety tips. It is available in English and Spanish.

This brochure provides information about the risks of smoking during pregnancy. The brochure, which is written in simple language, lists the health problems for both pregnant women and their infants that smoking during pregnancy are linked to. The brochure also discusses the link between smoking and gum disease and provides information about the benefits of quitting smoking either before or during pregnancy. In addition, the brochure explains the importance of receiving regular oral health care and how to find a dental home. The brochure is written in English on one side and in Spanish on the other.
