Title V National Performance Measure on Preventive Dental Visit: Strategies for Success provides information to assist Title V MCH Services Block Gant Programs in states and jurisdictions in implementing the Title V national performance measure (NPM) on preventive dental visits for pregnant women and children and adolescents ages 1–17. The resource offers sample strategies, sample evidence-based or evidence-informed strategy measures (ESMs), possible data sources for ESMs, and a comprehensive list of resources.
