This coloring book is designed to teach children ages 4-8 about the importance of calcium for building strong teeth and a healthy body. The booklet, part of the federal Milk Matters public-health-education campaign and We Can! program, explains why calcium is critical to good health and healthy teeth and outlines how to take good care of teeth. A list of foods that are high in calcium and that can be an excellent part of a healthy diet is provided at the end of the book.
