This coloring book is designed to help children understand what to expect when they visit the dentist and to emphasize the importance of practicing good oral hygiene and eating healthy foods. The book includes a story about a kitten's first visit to the dentist, black-and-white drawings for children to color, and introductory material to help parents use the book with their child. The coloring book is available in English, Bosnian, Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

This coloring book is designed to teach children ages 4-8 about the importance of calcium for building strong teeth and a healthy body. The booklet, part of the federal Milk Matters public-health-education campaign and We Can! program, explains why calcium is critical to good health and healthy teeth and outlines how to take good care of teeth. A list of foods that are high in calcium and that can be an excellent part of a healthy diet is provided at the end of the book.
