The broad category for oral presentation was selected
based on specific foci and the reported technical assistance the
presenter offered as strength. Content of presentations are not expected
to be restricted but to fit within the framework of broad categories.
The only restrictions for presentation are:
- The presentation should focus on one unique element
of the project.
- The presentation may contain no more than 10 slides
(not counting the slide for introduction and final slide for listing
resources).
- The presentation should not exceed 12 minutes.
The final power point presentation should
be completed and e-mailed no later than April 10, 2009, to the National
Maternal and Child Oral Health Resource Center (OHRC) for posting
to the TOHSS Grantee Web page. Grantees should also bring
their presentation to the meeting on a thumb drive.
If you have a presentation that is more extensive
and feel it would be of benefit to your peers, please submit
the presentation (with speaker notes) to OHRC as
an additional resource.
For all grantees who
have resources that you may refer to during the meeting
and or wish to share with your peers, please submit
to OHRC as an additional resource.
Poster Presentations
The time for setting up poster presentations
has yet to be determined. Poster size is limited to no
more than one-half of a 4’ x 8’ poster board
display. If the presentation is available in a PDF file,
please submit it to OHRC* no later than April 10, 2009,
to post on the Grantee Web page.
