Head Start

Head Start is a federal program administered through grants to community-based organizations. Early Head Start and Head Start provide education and health services in the context of family and community.

OHRC is a partner in the Office of Head Start's National Center on Health (NCH), which showcases research-based practices and effective approaches to medical and oral health care access, health literacy, obesity prevention, emergency preparedness, and environmental safety.
